Hey guys, I hope I can lose weight again after I gained everything I have lost and a bit more 🤓

This pandemic has gotten me stressed out, however I am determined to get rid of 15 to 20 pounds by October! I want to stick to my plan and really do at this time!

You can do it! Since you can't change the you can improve your future. Looking at the picture, I would only eat half of the rice. I stopped consuming fried rice and have steamed white rice.

It looks delicious! Consider Keto. My wife and I are both eating Keto. She’s doing the ELAB version of Keto, “eat like a bear”. Doing well on that.

I did it, so you can, too! I lost 75# in 2019 (235-160), gained 30# back, and now I’m at 155#. (All glory goes to God, I couldn’t do it without Him!)
