Backdated for Monday, Aug 15, 2021 Breakfast was medicinal. And than still no action so I added some more not so healthy non-bean animal protein into my lunch(salmon cake) & supper (cheddar cheese & sliced beef wiener under the broccoli) to see if it helps my gut issues.
