Ate a little bit more than I should have today. But like I said before I started this, I am not going to pay attention to the calories I am eating. That is a really hard habit to break since I have been counting calories for around 12 years now. Having a hard time hitting the 20 grams of net carb thing. Been averaging 23-25. Doing the best I can. It was a great day!
