Slept total of 6.8hr the night before. To bed 200am. To sleep 320am. Awake 710am to pee or my heart atrial flutter woke me up. To sleep again 746am. Awake 1039am.
Blood pressure resting: 715am 104/66 54 irregular pulse.
Blood pressure resting: 1041am 120/73 53.
Blood pressure resting: 225pm: 120/80 109 irregular pulse.
Blood pressure resting: 255pm: 98/70 61 irregular pulse.

Breakfast 1100am: 2 ryecrisp with tuna mixture
Lunch 315pm: spaghetti sauce with veggie pasta
Supper 700pm: salmon poached, broiled baby bok choy, tomato (photo)
Snacks late eve: walnuts & 2 squares dark chocolate, cauliflower & salsa, 2 wheat thin crackers & sugarless blackberry jam
