Breakfast 1100am: 2 ryecrisp with tuna mixture
Lunch 315pm: spaghetti sauce with veggie pasta
Supper 700pm: salmon poached, broiled baby bok choy, tomato (photo)
Snacks late eve: walnuts & 2 squares dark chocolate, cauliflower & salsa, 2 wheat thin crackers & sugarless blackberry jam
