M.H.'s Journal, 26 June 2014

Well I broke, and did some unorthodox snacking last night on oatmeal raisin cookies;/ and not one or two but 5. At 140cal a piece I wasn't going to lose a thing after that! But they were really good and I haven't had one in at least a coupe of months! So weak. But I'm back on the wagon and I'm going to get to 180lbs by the end of the month I'm sure.
Last night I also helped my hubby figure out the exercise he needs to do on our Pilates machine to get his abs engaged. Wow he can work towards getting his 6 pack! lol! So funny when he started doing it he was really having to work for once! He was feeling the burn. So progress on all fronts.

So here's to another long break from the cookies and getting back on track. Keep moving forward and continue your efforts to get to your goal. I ignored some cookies today, it's tough but you can do it.

Thanks! I find it hard some times I just can't help myself, and when it comes to kids it's harder sometime because I give them treats on Fridays so it's always there but ya I don't think doing it all the time is worth losing sight of my goal here's to 180lbs by the 30th.

Awesome, keep your goals in mind and have a great weekend. Even if you have something that is not so great cut the serving in half. Don't lose ground.
