It’s funny coz for the past 2 weeks I’ve increased my calorie intake GREATLY (my previous 200+% RDI is what I’m eating everyday now) and I’m loosing more weight than ever before.

I think you’re right, this could be reverse dieting. I don’t have a secret lol I just increased my steps to 12,000 or more everyday and I’m eating good :) <3
