After two busy days finally able to eat at home where I can better control what I eat. I made the best choices I could at the luncheon I attended with my mom and made my choices the day before off the healthier menu at cracker barrel. now things can slow down for a while. Did find out I am going to need a needle aspiration biopsy on my thyroid in the near future. Life marches on.
