I screwed up. I was going to "load" up on food today, good and bad, because I haven't been getting enough calories this week. With the exercise I do daily, I need to get more. I've lost energy, and have stalled in weight loss. Anyway, decided to eat as many calories as I could this morning because that's when my apetite is the highest. Boy, am I paying for it. I've been sick all afternoon, and will probably not be able to hold any food down for the rest of the day. I guess my body refuses to accept "crap" food anymore!
