This is a nicely written article and reminder that we need to focus on a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. A quick fix is ok but not if you are trying to maintain results. Thanks for sharing.

Bill, I think the main point he was making about the PX90 is that you must commit the time to it. It is a great program, no doubt. Sounds like you have the time to do it, which is great. I am excited to hear your experiences and see the results!
