I just looked at your bio. I'm intrigued by the no nightshade. What's behind that. That includes tomatoes, right? What else is in that family, eggplant?

Nightshades are tomato, peppers, eggplant etc. I avoid them because they aggravate my arthritis which I believe is the psoriatic/ autoimmune type.
