yummy breakfast :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 August 2021:

if that's all I had for breakfast id have to eat the bowl, coffee cup and saucer along wth it 😂🍽️

Hey hun this is more of a snack not breakfast. There’s no protien or fats there’s just carbs

I could eat good watermelon all day long plus it’s hydrating. The only draw back is a lot of the time it’s not sweet enough to be cut into chunks. It’s hit or miss and that’s a bummer even tho I know what to look for I picking one out it’s about a 65% chance it’s not cut worthy. I’m been going to 70 calorie popsicles but yet again I’ve turned those into binge worthy!

watermelon IS breakfast ..and it's a bit better than coffee alone 😛. I'm pretty sedentary , don't do work outside and I'm pretty lazy in general so 3 meals a day are not needed. 70 cals popsicles sound pretty good but don't you worry they can be empty calories? 🤔 Like an apple is just 54 cals and gives you dietary fiber or zucchini is 18 cals and comes with extra antiinflammatory powers , prevents gastrointestinal issues and lowers blood sugar levels ; don't know man..trying to eat healthy myself but i tend to fall onto the greasy side very often ..just want to shed the extra weight i gain previous year but it's so hard resist temptation :(
