Yay! Down a few more pounds but I was sick in bed all last week and today got my body fat tested and I not only lost fat, but I lost a pound and a half of muscle! That's kind of a bummer since it took me a whole month to gain that pound of muscle! My trainer told me I need to make sure I'm eating a lot more protein so my body has what it needs and won't take from my own muscles....
