Very proud that I have kept this wt. off now for a year+. Amazed that I continue to have to consider every food choice. Guess that is the difference between being thin or over wt. I find that my appetite is mostly in the AM and the evenings I am not hungry at all. Entering a HIGH STRESS life choice soon, so we will see what happens. Maintaining durning high stress can sometimes be tricky.
