I am beginning to get extremely frustrated with my weight loss. I mean, bang, I lose 15 lbs in a little over a month and now I'm completely more or less stuck at 180. I'm switching from 4 meals to 5 meals a day to see if that helps out the metabolism. Drinking plenty of water, exercising hard, keeping my calories around 1500-1700... UGH, I have started the insanity workout though... Maybe that will push me over the edge and I will start seeing those numbers drop.
