Thank you guys .. was pretty healthy 🙂; problem is after that breakfast I engulf so much grease , then got invited to a friend's house and just couldn't stop myself from eating ..today is weight day and secretly feel all week's worth effort may have gone to the drain :(

Yup, have to be careful with dumplings. Either make from scratch or only get veggie dumplings. 🤓 They taste great b/c of high fat content.

Yeah.. i didn't know making from scratch/ buying them was a big difference on calories content and all - but it kind of is , and the freshness and lack of preservatives is also a big plus.

In the winter, when it's too dark & cold outside.. I make batches of 100 & freeze. If you decide it's some you want to do. premade skin is easy to find.
If you have more cooks/hands, friends or family. You can do a dumpling wrapping contest. Ugliest, fastest, neatest dumpling wrapper. Just make sure to blanch veggies so you don't get soggy dumplings. always cook taste test filling before wrapping. Under seasoning is ok. Can always fix with dipping sauce.

Lol You do make it sound like fun .. don't have helping hands around but who knows we can invite ppl over and do that before some event - I love group cooking! 🥰
