Wowie?!I mean a 1/2 pound is nothing really to write about.BUT-yesterday really was an off day for me.I ate outside my limitations in both substance and quanity.So,I was quite distressed at my treasonry.Handful mini cornchips and some goldfish,marinara sauce and yikes bacon!!.But,neh this morning I awoke to a very forgiving scale.Today,I am back on my regime-I think everyone is allowed a slip up and I am trying to be forgiving of myself.But I tell you what! The way my body felt-heavy slimy and sluggish-reminds me,"YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT"-and I didn't like the way that felt.And thats "food for thought" :)
