so I walked two miles Friday morning in 45 minutes so it was about 3mph... but at least 50% of that was uphill. is there a way to enter that correctly? I did it again when I picked up my son from school so all I could put in were the 4 miles... but it truly is a workout since I was pushing a 100lb double stroller uphill ... anyone know how I can adjust entering that in?

I would enter it as a 'fast' walk instead of moderate or slow. That's the only way I see you can properly try to have your efforts logged.
