Finally bought batteries for my scale, I've put it off for many reasons. Glad I did weigh in it's just a motivator to get to work and I definitely need work. last time I was here I left at 140lb. How quickly I gained 30lbs, I love food and that's ok I just need to consume normal portions and stop stress eating Godwilling.
