I’m completely stressed out. We close on our new home Monday and I have a boatload of contractors lined up to begin renovations on Tuesday. This will go on throughout August. I’m scrambling to hire the last person to do some carpentry work. I feel like there is so much going on in my head. I’m so overwhelmed.

So I made sure to start my day with a full healthy keto breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, avocado, and berries. Just trying to take care of myself.

No stress eating!!
