When I was in hospital, I had about 6 doctors monitoring me. All 6 said I should have a carb meal, for breakfast, then a high protein meal for dinner. They said that’s the healthiest, most healing diet for someone post surgery, leaving hospital. I had never heard this before. But every doctor, the nursing staff, and the nutritionist. All recommended a carb breakfast, protein dinner, with 2 fruits added during the day as desired. I must say, I am getting less wobbly on this diet. And I was unable to walk, loaded with infection prior to eating this way. Plus it’s awfully filling!! I am 65, and I still learn new things everyday!! Hope you are all well!! Thriving , and enjoying each precious day!!

Hope you keep feeling better every day. The brain needs carbs to work, so I think that's good advice to have some carbs in the morning. Wake that brain up! Glad it's working for you!

Maybe that’s why I’m more productive when I have oatmeal for breakfast 🤔. Thanks for sharing.

God is sooo good & has definitely been awesome to you..love the Dr.'s recommendation of Carb & protein healthy eating. I do the same, with KETO, the only thing different is that I also do the OMAD FASTING, it's One Meal A Day. After getting use to it as you said, your body feels so much better and the meals are also filling with fewer cravings, smiles, well it is for me. Have a ✨spectacular✨ week. 🙏God bless & keep you.

Thanks for your support, always! It means so very much. Especially when I went in hospital and was told that If I’d waited a day there would have been nothing they could have done for me!!
Cheery thought! I keep following the doctors recommendations and pray I don’t get too huge. I’m too wobbly to stand on a scale. Life is so funny sometimes!!
Be well, and strong my FS Family!! I want all the best for you!!
