1013 kcal Fat: 27.75g | Prot: 41.12g | Carb: 143.94g.   Breakfast: Milk, Tea with Milk, Kellogg's All-Bran Very High in Fibre, Uncle Tobys Vitabrits. Lunch: Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added) , Corn, Baked or Grilled Salmon. Dinner: Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Red Rooster Roast Pumpkin (one). Snacks/Other: Tesco Mint Dark Chocolate, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Devondale Extra Soft Butter, Cripps Crumpet Splits. more...
