Well-pleasant suprise-the weight didn't go up. Tonight I work night shift-let's see what happens to tomorrow's weight. Still trying not to drink coffee--I can use those calories on other things. Coffee makes me want something sweet to go with it. Going to set a goal for 174 lbs by the Fourth of July. I can do this--just stick with what you know...
