Tired of being fat. My gf and friends have commented that I have fat legs and titties. WTF?!? Never been fat before so this really sucks. No more alcohol until I lose this gut and titties. I'm allowing myself one chic fila spicy chicken sandwich, 1 pizza meal and 1 meal out to eat a week. No more soda. Have a membership to the gym. Put up around 2.67 miles per 30 minutes 3x a week. Have not started weight training.
