Went to the movies last night. The only thing I ate was sugar free breath mints and caffeine free diet coke.
Ate an apple when I got home bc my blood sugar was in the 70s which is too low for me.
Today I ate some yummy bacon. Too much salt and calories but once a month is probably ok. Its on my plan.
I know eventually I will need to start exercising again. I belong to the gym and I was weight lifting but my back was killing me (its still messed up) so I quit going. I will start again soon...maybe I will text my trainer today!
I really need carpal tunnel surgery on my hands but with a new job starting that is going to have to wait.
Falling apart at 50...real nice...ugh...I gotta fix this stuff.

Hi Annie, thanks for the comment. Yeah I'm a type 2 and I have to watch my blood sugar bc when I start eating better I need to adjust my insulin down. Someday I hope to get off meds, but ig will be a long road. :)
