Weighing in today was not a surprise. The change in my measurements and BP confirms that my body is changing for the better even if my body maintains its weight after my initial rapid weight loss. Did my measurements day early, and yippee. Lean numbers are up. Fat numbers are down.I am especially proud that my son seethes mother living for vitality, health, and longevity.
