Added in Biggest Loser Boot Camp to my rotation of workout today. I still prefer Jillian when it comes to Cardio moves. Bob is great for toning though. I think doing Boot Camp 2-3 days and Jillian 3-4 days will be a perfect rotation. Going to head to the treadmill now. Read somewhere that treadmill at high incline is great for ab workouts.
