I need lessons from you on how to keep the salmon cakes from falling apart. I used a nonstick pan with plenty of olive oil...but nope...they always fall apart. Any tips?

add an egg before you cook them, it helps them stay together. just make sure not to flip them over too soon or they will still fall apart.

That meal would be totally keto if you swapped out the panko for coconut flour or protein powder isolate. It looks totally yummy.

Thanks everyone! Bear, the recipe I loosely followed recommended you chill the ingredients for at least an hour before forming the patties. I made 4 patties instead of 2 bigger ones. They still wanted to crumble a little around the edges but I kept "sticking" the bits back on 😁. I ended with 4 fairly nice patties with a few crumbly bits.

Last time I made salmon patties I used an ice cream scoop to make small half balls then patted them out. They were perfect, like little chicken nuggets. Completely ketolicious.
