My goal at this point is to be comfortable in a bathing suit very soon. I have procrastinated, and eaten whatever I wanted for the entire winter, and now I'm going to suffer because of it. I do not want to be flubby and gross at the beach this summer. I'm too young for that!
I will: - do cardio 5 times per week - do a weight routine 2 times per week - eat no more than 1200 calories per day - drink 8-10 glasses of water per day - get 8 hours of sleep per night
I will not: - drink sodas, even when we go out to dinner - eat white bread - eat regular pasta - eat sweets
