Hot lemonade is made by cutting a whole fresh lemon including skin and boiling in water for 10 minutes. The essentials oils will then be in the water. This "lemonade" helps eliminate toxins and also rids body of excess water. I like mine with no sweeteners but Stevia added is okay.
