I've been away from here for a long time. I've got LOTS of reasons - some valid, some not. The point is that I'm back here now. Starting today, March 1st, I'm bringing my fitness level back to the forefront of my consciousness. This means that I also need to be consciousness of my food consumption. It's all a package deal. We truly become what we consume.
