Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 88 protein, 132 fat, 24 carbs, olives, stuffed peppers, muscle milk, string cheese, turkey and cheese, olives, butter
151.4 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
