Finally, a drop. I'm not suprised, as historically I have hovered around a weight for a while, then drop, then hover, than drop. Plus over the weekend I didn't eat the best, and have only been eating ok. Yeah, I could be more strict on the diet, and I should, I'm trying. On the workout front, in week 7 of 8 of 22 Minute Hard Corps. I'm still getting up at 5:15am, even though some days are harder than others, and now doing normal jumping jacks, burpees, etc. My knee feels....different...but not in a bad way like it was. Still cracking, and I'm still stretching. Between the stretching, strengthening & loosing weight, I feel it is going in the right direction, but I want to get to the point where they don't bother me or crack at all.
