To make my diet work, I am going to eat at home and cook! I have been eating more raw veg. I drinking less coffee. I have not been eating anything after Midnight. ( I go to bed 4 to 5 am) I feel really good, but I must do better!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
