Does it get harder and harder to lose weight? I don't seem to be losing much now.

Yep. There is much speculation about why, the general consensus is your body has gotten used to everything you are doing. I am in that rut currently and even gained about 15 pounds back. Q Q . I have let some of my old habits creep back in, so I am going back to basics. Walking 10k plus everyday. Doing some sort of 20 minute power exercise every night. Water water water. Getting back to bringing my own lunch and eating veggies all damn day.
Please let me know what you are doing:)

When you only have a small amount to lose and are already at a low weight, it can be hard to get those pounds off. You don't have a lot of fat on your body to come off, so it comes off slower. The closer to goal, the harder it can be. But it depends on many factors (age, sex, activity level, etc.).

Yes the older you are the harder it is, I guess we just have to be patient and work extra hard at it and not let the fat be the winner...I am determined....
