Waduh terima kasih tapi belum nge-abs. Saya tergantung mood si kak kadang cardio, low impact tapi setelah itu biasanya saya tambahin gerakan push up, plank, sit up dll. biasa ngikutin channel dari skwd, body project, sunny funny fitness.
