Well I actually eventually got full last night even though I was so hungry after dinner. I didnt need an after dinner snack. Stayed within my calories. This morning I feel bloated and fat so although its not my weigh in day I'm going to look and see what I am. I am fully expecting to gain.


and my weigh has gone up one pound. I already have my exercise clothes on. I hope its just water weight and it goes by tomorrow!
