Considering this is the end of 2 weeks I am happy with my weight loss so far.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I just used the food journal today. I thought I was doing well but looks like I could be eating too many carbs. Since I pretty much eat the same thing everyday I am going to pay more attention to the little things because they tend to add up. I still lost a pound this week but it probably could have been way more.
