Yikes! I gained 2.6 pounds this week. But I feel much leaner through my belly and waist due to the extra cardio and sculpt sessions with my DVD's. I ordered another DVD yesterday. I have consumed thousands fewer calories than I used in each of the last 3 weeks, but I am still gaining weight. Sadness.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
