sounds daft, but just started to cook my chicken breast fillets in the microwave. I've often done them in the air fryer but thought I'd give it a go. Bit of water in the bottom of a plastic take-away box, fillet in, loosely cover with a lid and ping. 3 minutes later, so moist.
