Think about me when you want to say
-I need to lose all my weight before I “tone up”
-I only lost 20lb
-I only do cardio because I want to lose fat
-I don’t want to lift weights because I don’t want to look like a man
-I don’t know where to start
-I want to eat more than 1200 cals per day
-I miss bread, chocolate, wine and pasta
Lift the weights, eat the carbs, screw the scale and put your muscles to work. And no I’m not worried I’ll look like Diablo: a man 😆
