All right: I weighed in. Careful to go at the same time of day as the original, used the same scale, and the results... 7 lbs lost!
I feel super! I am going to start Phase 2 tomorrow (I miss meat!) but I think I will throw in a Phase 1 Day every now and then, just to shake things up. I don't expect my loss to be quite so dramatic, but as long as it keeps going down, I am happy.
