It will..just give it time. I think bellies and those "bat wings"/"gramma wings" are the toughest. Just my take on it.
My muffin top is still here as well. No bikinis for me this summer :))Will be glad when I can get back to some serious ab work. Will do some at home this weekend since the heavy workout time in my yard is mostly over and too muddy this weekend to finish.

thank you sherri and wholefood! I am trying to revise my plan a bit with my diet and exercise! I look like a big barrel; at least my legs look OK and my trainer pointed out that I don't store fat in my shoulders . . . . . i'm going to experiment with more veggies! i bought more fresh spinach and I made 2 great dressings this week! lettuce and greens can get tiring with just a squeeze of lemon!

You added more! I too do better on a schedule. Mine has been nuts lately as spring always seems to be. Is there something you can do for workouts at home? For me that's harder because I get busy with other things. If I go to the gym, I can't get sidetracked!!! I have an exercise ball and a mini trampoline besides my bike. Personally have been sporadic about them but need to get back on a schedule.

All that activity will burn some calories. At least you're active and going to the gym when you can. Your measurements do not show much of a belly bulge. My hips are 41" too, but my belly is 39.5". So THAT is a belly bulge, lol :) Actually, I think it would be considered a real belly bulge if the belly was larger than the hips ;) So I think you're doing great. Hang in there and be proud of your accomplishments!

My "home" exercise has been going to the track which is near my house; I got a few great online video suggestions but I too get sidetracked; I try to do some of my leg / ab exercises for toning but it's nothing major. Somehow it's different with the trainer keeping me on my toes . . . I actually get sore when I do those exercises with him . .. . It's also that time of the month for me . . . . not the best week ... .

thank you christy! i think you had a pic up and you look totally toned! actually my waist is the lowest it's ever been; if i have the slightest amount of gluten it puffs up dramatically! i don't eat much grains and beans for the same reason . . . . . thanks everyone! i'm stuck at home with 3 kids for now! and starving for breakfast! and wondering why there is a family of raccoons parading around my house????

I feel you. Been there done that right? It is so great to hear how driven you are. Sometimes though its good to see yourself from someone else's perspective. Since I do not know your history, all I see is the tale of the tape and man, you are doing it! So keep on keeping on and know that whether or not you are having a not so great day, week or month on the scale, you are changing things that can't be measured like your mind, your cells, your spirit. Proud of you girl. ttyl

Hope those raccoons just parade around your house and don't find a way in. Hats them since I had them in my attic!! They will still cost me a bundle over the next year fixing their damage.
