Nach einer Woche Urlaub ohne wiegen, eigentlich absolut ok. Jetzt wieder richtig Gas geben 💪🏼.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
