Yes I noticed. Back from !eeting new grand son. was VERY VERY BAD on the trip back south ate ALL THE GOOD STUFF. Not really but my pants think I did. So new rules. OMAD! food must be in original recognizable form I can change this form IF THERE IS NO FLOUR, no\low SUGAR OR PRESERVATIVES I CANT SPELL. No boxed food. Let's see how much water and inflamation we can get rid of in 3 days.
