Time is not something I have much of but I think after six months of trying and applying I've finally found the right combination for me. I'm also more dedicated and focused. My newer lifestyle fits me but also motivates me. I like dropping 1 pound a week, it's the small subtle changes that make the difference. And though I'll use this site to maintain and check myself I don't want to live on here the rest of my life.
Finding what works for you is the hardest part, anyone struggling keep trying. You can do this it just may take 6 months to find what works and another year to drop the weight. And that's ok, it's a journey embrace it and learn from it.
