I have decided that weekends are not good for me. I can follow the plan so good on the weekdays and weekends I fall off. I am not eating tons of junk or anything like that but I eat more carbs, whole wheat and white. I am ok with that though. I cant wait to start exercising again. I tutored last week so I didnt get out but this week I am going to try to get out at least Mon.-Thurs.

Your chart looks great, you should be proud of where you are! You are almost at your goal and that is what counts. Cheating a little here and there is not a bad thing as long as you don't do it a lot! Weekends do suck, you defiantly have to try a little harder, but in the end it is worth it! Good lick with the exercise this week, it really does help and really makes you feel great! Keep up the good work!
