I had a very busy day. Stopped and picked up a fried chicken breast at the local grocery store deli. Oh my, am I having a tummy ache. Have not had fried food in a very long while. Guess now I remember the reason!! My #1 enemy, sodium will show its ugly head on my scales in the morning. Will face it head on and vow to recover, I will have a good day of drinking water!!
