This event is being held to educate us about heart disease and the signs of a heart attack and to promote fitness. They have loads of information over there and a great MP3 song to download which is so catching, you will remember it for a long time.
I am embarrassed to say that California has only 3 events in the entire state participating, so looks like I will be dancing in my living room..
