same damn weight as 2 days ago. i was only able to do about 600 cals of exercise on the PS3 yesterday, which may explain the lack of progression. Today's another day though. looking forward to gym time ..
217.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We don't lose every day. If you only weighed once a week you wouldn't even notice. It will come off. Notice how your clothes are fitting too. When you exercise a lot, you need to look at the big picture and not just the scale. You can lose fat and not see it on the scale. Just keep going. Plus look at your chart, it looks amazing.
