Heading to the gym this morning for a workout, wife and I have lost over 5lbs in the past 4 days. We are still in the honeymoon phase of this new life style but we are pleased with the results so far and are pushing each other. Keep it up people 👏 💪 we can all do it.
272.4 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
